Just a short update on my bucketlist and life lately. I’m finally back home in the Philippines after being away for almost 2 months! 🙂 After battling jet lag for almost 5 days, my bf and our friend flew to Coron, Palawan and stayed there for 5 days. I do have quite the holiday, if I must say. #AngBabaengWalangPahinga After my Eurotrip and recent trip to Coron, Palawan, I’ve ticked a couple of items off my bucketlist.
PLACES TO SEE:
5. See Paris on top of the Eiffel tower/
See Eiffel tower (July 17, 2016)
-After years of dreaming about Paris, I was finally able to go there and see the Eiffel tower. <3 Some things didn’t go as planned but as the saying goes, the destination is sometimes greater than the journey.
coron, el nido, puerto princesa palawan (Sept 7, 2016)
– After battling jet lag, a few days later, I flew to Coron with Resty and Paul. Seeing the beautiful beaches and landscapes in Coron helped me battle my post Eurotrip depression. 🙂
go on a eurotrip/ see at least 5 cities in europe (went backpacking in Europe from July 14, 2016 – August 31, 2016. Visited London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Milan, Pisa, Rome, Vatican City, Manchester, Belfast, Wales, Edinburgh, Chester.
– After a year of careful planning, I was finally able to do a Eurotrip. A side trip because my main goal for going to Europe was to take a short art course. 🙂 It was nothing short of amazing!
Complete my London Bucketlist (Completed some but not all. Enough reason to go back to the UK to complete it. Hopefully with Resty. *evil grin* )
-Ticked some things off my London Bucketlist!!!
THINGS TO DO:
go on a month-long vacation alone (#YzaEuropeDiaries2016 July 14 – Aug 31, 2016)
21. Travel solo locally and
abroad (#YzaEuropeDiaries2016 July 14 – Aug 31, 2016)
live alone and be independent – Technically, I did this for 2 months more or less. 🙂
Over all, the gruesome planning, saving up money, and scrimping on some unnecessary things was soo worth it! This trip made me realize many things. One of which is that if you really put your all in achieving something and gave your 200% effort in achieving it, you can definitely do anything! No dream is too big if you are willing to sacrifice and put your shit together. 🙂
Keep on dreaming, Wanderers!
